added some changes so that it works in Linux, but in that case the uldaq package should be installed

Adoutputs file changed completely to do things cleaner. Now it is independent of instacal configuration.

some changes, more close to a final solution. I won't use the paramtree for now. Only to create a class which mixes the spinboxes (or checkpoints) with the corresponding D/A outuputs is pending.
